I know exactly what you are going through. My son Austin was born with the salt wasting form of CAH. We just had a visit with his endo and discovered that he has the same problem; high potassium level that requires him to take a high dose of florinef,inturn, that causes Austin to have high blood pressure. We are waiting on his blood test to come back. I am assured that things will work out. Austin
