It sounds like your endo has not educated you about this diease. You need to ask him for help. We were fortunate enough to have an endo who was very familiar in treating this diease. He spend alot of time educating us on how to this diease can be treated. He also gave us a dosage chart to use when Austin gets sick. This really helped us deal with CAH. Your endo should have the tools to help you. Good luck.
