any advice?

I need some advice from the sages on the board. :) My brother and his wife have just told my family that they're expecting their first child. I'm ecstatic, of course. Here's my concern: I have CAH, which means my brother could be a carrier. There's always the possibility that his wife could be a carrier too, since just about anyone could. Do I mention this to them and suggest they get genetic testing done, just in case? I'm concerned it will be a little girl and wind up with CAH, and we all know what physical abnormalities can happen to little girls with CAH. Should I mention this to them, or am I being an alarmist? Any input is welcome.
