Hi Eileen. My daughter Julia is 7 1/2, bone age of 12 and just started lupron about 3 months ago. She has non-salt wasting CAH and wasn't diagnosed until 5 years old. I don't know much about Lupron except that it puts off puberty not only in CAH patients. My daughter knows all about having periods and would rather have the monthly shots (I don't blame her). They are a bit painful though, but Tylenol helps. Beth
