There is a link at the left of this board for them. I think it's under "education" that a link comes up to print out an order form to order these things. The manual chapters on Adrenal Insufficiency and Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. Also, I thought their booklet "Cortisol Replacement Therapy" was excellent. It has the symptoms of an adrenal crisis listed in it, an illustrated diagram of giving the IM injection, and a whole lot more. Their 1999 Endocrine Teaching Materials item (40 pages long in total) has listed organizations, pamphlets, etc. on all kinds of endocrine conditions (many are free to order).
