I had my daughter in 1983 in a small town the Dr. who delivered her also delivered me in 1955.I already had two other daughters neither one of them have CAH when my youngest was born our Dr. said she was just swolen it would probly go down in a few days . WE bought her home and called another Dr. who saw her the next day and knew of CAH he refered us to a ENDO about one hour from us there she went through all the test and confirmed she was a girl. She had surgery and did great. She stayed in and out of the hospital for the first three years after that it got better .She is now 17 and doing great as long as i remind her to take her meds.
