HI, when my daughter was a toddler, we followed her Cortef with a cracker or cookie. Why don't you change the time of day that you give the meds? As long as they are all given, you can space them how you need to - can't you? My daughter has taken her meds relatively equally spaced thoughout the day - from breakfast to bedtime.
