I agree, your IQ is just a number, it's what you do with it that counts. HOWEVER....it does give an indication of what you could be capable of. Someone with an IQ of 70 is obviously not going to become a brain surgeon. If you know that your CAH child could have a higher IQ, it just means that you can explore alternate venues to make the most of it.
