I have a boy 5 (Actually 6 in a few weeks) and a girl who will be 2 a few days later, who both have CAH (and two other boys, 7 + 4, who don't have CAH). Ginny's too young to really tell if she'll have weight broblems or not, but Jonathan has never seemed to be heavy, except in his face whenever his cortef dose stay too high for too long. In fact my wife and I have noted on several occasions that Jonathan seems to be rather muscular for his age. He has the cut muscle tone of an athletic teenager. Hopefully this will be a plus in his life. There does seem to be the occasional silver lining to CAH.
