Any GH can have serious side effects. And Lupron HAS been used. The main point is that we must do research ourselves...not rely on what the doctors tell us. I absolutely adore my child's endo.....heck, he could probably tell me to give my daughter arsenic once a day and I would do it....but I am one of those weird people who really don't like drugs/medicines at all and must check out the risk-to-benefit ratio myself. I wish there was a realistic alternative to the steroids I'm giving Christina....I'm not thrilled with the complications long-term dosing might cause her later in life (i.e. osteonecrosis).
