my daughter has salt wasting cah. She was born with a very slightly enlarged clitoris. She had surgery at 1 yr. we did no surgery on the clitoris due to it not being overly large. But she did have to have her urethra extended and her vagina opened up. There was a possiblility of surgery at puberty but everything is fine and that will not be necessary. I think it is easier on them to have it early.
