What time of the day do they recommend the blood testing be done? (Because of board discussions that it needs to be done before the first morning dose & before anything has been eaten OR that it doesn't matter what time - endos disagree on that one). If they say "before the first morning dose" - have they done any studies to find out how much the tests can be off when not done at that time? ALSO, what are their restrictions for drawing blood (like nothing can be eaten so many hours before the blood is drawn), no licorice 2 days before, etc.?
