For those who asked: I'm 17 and a junior in high school (and counting the days to graduation!) An Act-o-vial comes in two parts. It has a liquid on the bottom, standard saline I think, and a powder section on the top with a seal inbetween. To use, just break the rubber seal and mix the two parts well.
