School and injections

My daughter has just started taking Cortef for non-classical CAH. Her doctor has also given us Soluf-Cortef in case of an emergency. She said we would need to give her an injection in case she was vomiting or/and had diareeha (sp) more than three times in 24 hours. If she was able to keep the pill down for 20 minutes before vomiting she would be okay, if not, give the injection ,or if she became unconscious. I told the school about her problem and now they want to expel her being she goes to a Catholic school and there is no school nurse. Under the law we have acesss to the school nurse at the public school but the nurse said she is not always assessible or in the building. They are afraid of her needing an injection and then something happening to her and they would be liable. They brought it to the diocese's legal department and want more info from my doc and then will decide. They said they think I should home school. I need some advice, quick. Thank you
Michele
