You must get a Lawyer immediately. This is blatant discrimination and must be stopped as soon as possible. I have a 10 month old daughter with CAH and live in Australia, and this situation would not be tolerated in this country and should not be tolerated anywhere else. We are very concerned that private schools here may discriminate when we are looking at schools for our daughter, but we think they would be a little more subtle and maybe try to think of another reason, so as not to appear to discriminate. I presume you live in USA and as the school is blatantly discriminating against your child, I am sure any good lawyer would welcome such a case. I find it amazing that this sort of discrimination still exists in modern society. CAH is a very manageable condition and under normal circumstances does not require any continual attention or assistance at school. I should imagine that the school would have a trained first aid officer in case of any emergency to any child, and this person should be able to inject your child, should the need arise. If they don't have a first aid officer at the school I wouldn't send any child to this school, CAH or not!! Best of luck and please fight against this for yours and your daughter's sake and all CAH children.Jenni
