Dear Michelle, My daughter has CAH and goes to Public School (she has a 21-Hydroxylase). She is eleven years old and has needed an injection of Solu-Cortef only ONCE in her life - and that was given at her Pediatricians office (because of vomiting). In the state of Illinios, the Paramedic Units carry an injectable Hydrocortisone that can be given. I don't know how old your child is or what state you live in, but unless she is ill with vomiting a lot, you may not need to keep the injectable medication at school. My daughters school is told that if she is ill, call the Paramedics. Call your local Fire Department and Paramedic Unit and ask them if they carry an injectable form of Hydrocortisone.CindyB
