I don't really see why the diocese is making a big deal out of it. Generally, if a child is sick enough to be throwing up, she's going to be sent home anyway, in which case you could give her the injection before it got too serious. I don't know that my parents ever even told our school nurse about my CAH (who, by the way, was not there all the time either). If all else fails, send her to the local public school (as long as she doesn't have a problem with it, of course). I'm a Catholic too but my parents chose to send my siblings and myself to the local school system. We've all turned out more or less normal (except maybe my sister...)
