A friend of nine son has severe allergys, especially to milk& dairy,so I know how difficult this can be. Her Dr. recommended things such as breakfast sausage, bacon, french fries etc. (I am really into feeding my kids very healthy foods such as she is shes a nurse and health nut, but on top of the allergy and poor weight gain he was a very picky eater and the fats are needed at such a young age.
