Anne, I am writing this through tears... I just don't know what to say, Maria's spirit gone from our lives? It just can't be... Thank you for sharing this sad, sad, news... I have not been on for a few days, and would not have known, if you hadn't. For those of you who may not have had the priviledge of knowing Maria, she was all that Anne said, and more... she had a tremendous sense of humor, and a generosity of time, advice, and heart, that was inspiring to all of us; especially to those of us, new to adrenal insufficiency, and who were desperate for some way to 'weed' through the info, AND mis-info, we'd been given... and through our own fears. She never failed, to lift the spirit of someone in trouble, nor to cheer loudly, when good news was reported... She was a wonderful person, and though I only knew her, through the board... I feel I have lost a friend, and the world, has lost a great light. Maria, I wish you angels, with the softest of wings, and the swiftest flight, to carry your precious spirit above.
