I would look into it now and ask the doctors if there is anything they can do. The next few year (5 years or so)... may be so critical. That is why I would really want his cortisol, hormonal or OH17 levels monitored or checked so carefully. If the cortisol levels are not keep under control - there could be some real growth issues. Too much little or too much cortef or steriods can be a problem. I would call, email Dr. New office or write them (both) and ask them to review your son's medical history and treatment. You might have to pay for consultantion but it would be worth it. Your insurance should pay because his health is on the line.preston
