Something to consider about the sleepover thing....suppose your child is having a sleepover and one kid starts to throw up. The first thing you do (after cleaning it up, of course) is call the kid's parents, right? Well, chances are that's what would happen if your CAH child got sick at a sleepover. You could be there in plenty of time to take care of it if necessary.
