My 5 year old daugher was just diagnosed with a mild case on non-classical CAH. She weighs 50 lbs and is on 5mg of Cortef 2x per day. Does anyone know if all children on Cortef are at the same risk for adrenal crisis or would it be less for someone with a milder dosage such as my Emma? We have the Solu-cortef and know what to do, but this whole business has me terribly worried.
