Hi Jo, I have salt-wasting, classical CAH. I have two beautiful children (a boy and a girl). I didn't have any trouble getting pregnant with either child . After the birth of my first child, I developed hypothyroidism. Neither CAH or the hypothyroidism stopped me from having either of my children. I think the key is a good endo doctor. Hope this helps.
