I also have an 11 year old daughter who loves sports and excels. She puts out alot of energy, although, she does wear down physically not to an extreme. Indeed, I may add that her tolerance towards her teasing brother irratates her more than I feel it should. Question- hot weather or physically active sports... is salt a concern (replacement)more than normal?.. She take florin-ef for mineral replacement. As a young infant she seemed to have energy bursts, now it seems to be normal levels of excitment. Really feel indivigual differences in personality play an important role.
