M-Labs at the University of Michigan also does 17OH testing. I don't know how long it actually takes (I generally only have to get one per year unless my levels were off at the yearly one). I had one on Martin Luther King day and the copy from my endo arrived sometime last week, so I'm guessing he got the results in a week or two.
