I was interested in knowing if any of you have 4 year old or so CAH boys, their height and weight, Cortef and Florinef doses. My 4 year old boy has an advanced bone-age(6 years), and has been on Cortef tabs for 6 months now, and his new endo says the dose he is on is twice what she would normally prescribe for his height and weight and age-we can't figure out why the mega doses of Cortef he has received for so long are not suppressing growth more?! Any info is appreciated.
