Congratulations on your new baby! I also have a baby daugher with CAH who is 3 months old. My son is eight years old and he also has CAH. Both the pediatrician and endo have told me time and again that if the child keeps the medicine down an hour or more, he/she has absorbed it and there is no need for repeat!
