Congratulations Michelle in the birth of your daughter. I have a 12 month old daughter, salt-losing CAH, and we too had the same problem with reflux (and still do). Despite what the Endos and Drs told me, I believe the reflux is caused by the medication. She is having medication now for the reflux and she still vomits occasionally but doesn't scream all day as she used to. We were told that if the CAH medication has been kept down for 30 minutes there was no need to re-dose. It seems that people are told different timeframes depending on their Endo. We had to re-dose quite a few times early on in her life, but she's fairly good now. Best of luck. Jenni
