I have a 12 month old daughter, salt-losing CAH, and found out 2 weeks ago that I was pregnant again. I started taking Dexamethasone on Tuesday this week, and would like to hear from other mums who have been on the Dex during pregnancy of their experiences, side-effects etc. Also, one thing that concerns me is the use of Dexamethasone on the unborn non-CAH baby. If it is found that I am carrying a non-CAH baby, could the unborn child be affected by the use of the Dex during the first couple of months of pregnancy?
