Samantha, almost 7, and about 45 lbs... takes 10 mg of Hydrocortisone, (2x 5mg a day) no florinef. She has adrenal insufficiency due to steroid suppression, had a malignant adrenal tumor removed, along with her left adrenal, at age two. I think that dose may be increased a little, this summer. The amount she's on now, doesn't seem to be 'holding' her as well as it used to... I'm sure with her increased weight, she is probably a little underdosed. Janine
