Our son(13), a non salt waster, used to get headaches and nosebleeds when he was younger. We found that they were a sign that he was being underdosed and when the hydrocortisone was increased, they went away. He doesn't get nosebleeds anymore, but if he gets regular headaches we have found that undedosing is usually the problem and increasing his regular meds, usually in the later part of the day seems to deal with the problem.
