I have late-onset CAH and did have problems conceiving. However, after having a laparoscopy where my cervix was dilated (it was too narrow) I did eventually get pregnant without fertility drugs. I'm positive for me it wouldn't have happened without taking Dexamethsone (no periods w/out Dex). I did have a normal pregnancy and ended up with a c-section because of high blood pressure and protein in my urine at the end plus she was a week overdue and the doc was concerned about the stress to my body. I'm really happy with the way it went. After having my first several adrenal crises in the last 6 years (I had my daughter 12 years ago) I am really glad I didn't go through labor.
