Hi Steven... welcome to the board. I hope you'll consider posting another new message up where it might get more notice (I don't know about others, but I don't always scroll all the way down to the collapsed threads... sometimes I just look at the new posts). I'm sure there are others who could give you some answers. I have a 9 year old CAH daughter, so unfortunately I can't offer much advise in your area.
