Talk to a nurse. Your ped's nurse of something like that. We had a nurse come to the house and give us a lesson. It's not that difficult, but its also something you want to do right the first time. Also, whenever our kids get IM shots, we hover looking at how they do it. It's not something I would want to learn on the net. (PS I hate needles, but I also practiced on myself first, to know I had it right) Tom
