I have 2 sons, my eldest 7 (who does not have CAH) has only had 2 ear infections in his entire life. My youngest son, 19 months (with salt wasting CAH) had 5 ear infections within the first 8 months of his life. His pediatrician said if he were to get one more he was going to put tubes in. Luckily the ear infections stopped and he hasn't had one for almost a year (knock on wood.) I also wondered if it was related to the CAH or was it that he just had the tendency to have ear infections. Wishing everybody the best. Kym P.
