Just a note to let you ALL know how wonderful, caring, and supportive you are! I happened to stumble upon this site, just yesterday while surfing around. My son, Nick, has cah. He is 16, he is a very normal teenager, does well in school, has a part-time job, and aside from being slightly over weight, he is very healthy! I thank God for the endocrine doctors at Buffalos' Childrens Hospital who diagnosed him in the ER when he was 11 days old. If only there were some type of support group back then! It felt as though we were the only family in the world with this type of condition! At first it was very difficult to understand! We are still learning more and more about cah! (thanks to the internet)If anyone has advice or information about Adults with cah, please let me know! As my son reaches adulthood there are more and more questions!
