Yes!Yes! My 2 yr old daughter has always had a very high pulse rate (even for a child). I wonder if it has to do with the hydorcortisone?? The reason I say this, is that when I was taking dexa. while pregnant with her (and dexa is in the same group as the hydro), my pulse rate went sky high! This freaks me out, too, because when our son went into adrenal crisis many years ago, his pulse and blood pressure were very high (not low, as the books will tell you is typical for adrenal crisis). This is definately something I'm going to drill our endo about!
