I absolutely agree with you - two sticks no more! If they become too upset during a blood draw it will DEFINATELY ALTER the results!!! My son was hysterical (he was 6 months a very difficult age to draw blood) and his 17OHP was 17,000! We had it re-drawn 5 weeks later, at which time they got him on one stick and he hardly cried - the results 340 17OHP. Kimberly P.S. We have his blood drawn at 1:30 right before his next cortef dose. I plan to ask the Endo about having it drawn in the morning.
