I am now 30 with CAH, however I can remember back to when I was quite young (around 3)and had to take Cortef. My Mom used a liquid medicine dispenser. What she did was crush the tablet up and mix it apple juice and get me to swallow the juice from the little dispenser. This may work for your baby.
