Oh my gosh! I cant believe all that. What a mess. I am sorry to hear you had to go through that. We have had great success with the Cortef pills. Our daughter is now 6 and 1/2 and just chews them. She actually likes the taste. She was switched at about age 4. We give them to her only twice a day since she goes to school (makes things easier for everybody). Her doses are at 8 am and 8 pm. She also chews the Florinef with her morning Cortef. Good luck! Natalie
