Hi Kym, When my daughter was an infant ( She is now 6). Some of her levels were always off with her CAH so they sent us to the Renal dept. at Childrens. They diagnosed her with Renal Tubular Acidosis. She took the bicitra as well as her cortef for about 8 months. They finally decided she did not have RTA and then started her on florinef and she has been on it ever since. I know this probably doesn't help much but that was our experience. Good Luck. Linda
