Hi Michele, If you could access the archives everyone here seems to be having problems with the liquid Cortef causing their blood test to show high levels. We all came to the conclusion it was the formula to make the Cortef LIQUID. We had found a white residue that was having problems mixing correctly. Even NIH, a top research hospital has stopped using it for their patients. When I called my daughter's endo office they said they haven't heard of this problem yet.(Oh, but they will once I arrive) My daughter has not had any problems with her levels until just recently. And ironically I just recently started to get the Cortef bottles that had the white residue that had problems mixing. This is a HUGE issue on this board. Try to retrieve the messages from this issue. MANY has decided to change to the pill form and have gotten great blood work results. So I am going tomorrow for blood draws on my daughter. I get them weeks in advance so I can review results at her next appointment. If they are elevated again I will tell my endo to make the change. But I wanted to hear if there were some with no problems before I state my case to him. Physically I don't see any real change in her.Laura to Michele
