Chris, I am a medical records administrator by occupation. You are considered the minor's legal guardian (and parent) and therefore you are entitled to a copy of all medical records, lab testing, x-ray reports, etc., generated on your child. You will have to sign a consent form releasing that information to you, but legally it is yours. You are even able to look at your child's chart while they are in the hospital, though I know doctors do baulk at this. Just push a little and you should not have any trouble. My daughter, age 8, with CAH since birth and a salt-waster, has always taken her largest dose of Cortef at bedtime. She is now on the pills, just switched recently, and her blood levels are back to normal!! I am glad that we no longer take the suspension. Her levels were at 3600+. Good luck in your quest for the sacred medical records!!!!Baiba
