Due to the gross mis-management of my son's OHP levels it has been determined that he will have a permenant loss of stature. Unfortunately I have just now been informed about the Upjohn formulation change. I would greatly appreciate any specific information I can obtain regarding when Upjohn made it's latest formulation change, how many others experienced ANY kind of OHP control loss, what your Endo did and when, any information on contact made to Upjohn and anything else you might feel relates to this subject. - Thanks
