Andy, I would be very interested in the content of the phone conversations. I am considering legal action so specifics and any information that you may have would be greatly appreciated. Our children's lives depend on the quality of these meds and their medical care and none of it should be taken lightly. I don't know if you have been made aware yet in Virginia, which just happens to be my birthplace (Norfolk), but Pharmacia Upjohn have sent a statement out to the pharmacists asking that they change the directions from "shake vigorously" to "Please note that Cortef Oral Suspension may require shaking for five to seven minutes to help assure delivery of the prescribed dose." Good luck with that!!!!!!!!! I believe that this statement will be printed in it's entirety in the Magic Foundation's next news letter.
