I think that the more recent postings have yet to be archived. Danny Carlton (a saint in my book) maintains the messgae board. I am sure it is a lot of work and I bet they will be archived at some point. The Cortef discussions have been ongoing. I am sure you can find much about it in 1999 as well. Sorry I can't remember specific months to help you out.
