I guess there really are a lot of differences.With my child the vulva has the appearance of scrotal tissue and there are no labia. Her clitoris did not look like a clitoris or a penis. That is why the testing was needed to confirm her being female. I certainly believe she is female but I can't say just enlarged and be honest. The scrotal tissue does not cover up with pubic hair.So the girl is going to obviously know that she looks different as soon as she gets to the age where she starts paying attention to "down there". I cannot admit or deny anything about how these girls feel based on my own opinions. THEY are the only ones who truly know.a mother
