My oldest daughter (who does NOT have CAH) always has had red, hot ears whenever she's tired or sick. She's now 16 , and she has had this ever since she was a newborn. I have never seen this in my younger daugher (who does have CAH) so I don't think it's necessarily related to the medication or the condition. I think it's just a quirk that some people have, some don't. Of course I could be wrong, but that's just my opinion.
