I hate to ask this and reveal my ignorance about little boys - but here goes. A few people have mentioned erections. Is it unusual for little boys to get them? Is it a sign of precocious puberty? When I change my 21 month old's diaper I notice he has an erection, probably 2-3 times a week, usually just after nap time. Is this unusual?
