Erections on boys of all ages are completely 100% normal and natural. That is what I have always known to be true. I knew that before I had my own son and WAY before I knew of CAH. I gotta tell ya, I have no idea how having an erection is associated with CAH. Maybe someone else can enlighten us? Susan
